Armwrestling table training / 10
Dude in black is 80 something kg, op ( in red ) is 95kg (176lbs- 210lbs ). He is so strong that I can't even pin him with the strap around my arm as you see at 2:30. He is already european ( and I think world as well ) champion in junior. He is going in a few weeks to europeans again, can't wait to see him perform, stronger than ever.
Next training I will probably bring my black elastic band with me. That is the only way I can probably pin him
