Left chest muscle stopped working

Quick story...

-Never had any issues other than arm tingling a LOT prior to this
-Had a great chest workout the day before Thanksgiving last year
-Took weekend off
-Next week go in and am stuck under warm up weight
-WTF
-Slight tingling in left shoulder when doing any kind of very light mvmt
-Since I have just been slowly gaining very little strength back (can now rep 135 10 times)
-Chest has obviously gotten smaller on left side, can barely get it to flex
-Suspect it is nerve damage in left shoulder, causing my left chest muscle to not work

Please give any advice you all have, yes I will go to the Dr, been busy (Left chest of strange look now)
Yup

Should've listened to your body when it was giving you signals. Time to lay off pressing and do a lot of pulls till you're recovered again. Nerve damage (if it's the case) takes a long time to recover from.

See if unilateral chest isolation does give you the same issues/symptoms, if not then just isolate the chest that way till your body is recovered for pressing again.

But yeah, doctor ASAP

Same thing happened to me years ago. I think I slept wrong and I lost control of the pec. Like, if I flexed it wouldn't respond. I would DB press and could do 120s on one side and maybe 60 on the other.
I used a lot of pec dec and squeezing. I would flex chest between sets. Also had a friend who understood the issue help spot me. I dropped weights to about 80s, but he would spot more on left side.
it took quite a while but came back.
