Ray Allen Selected His All-Time Starting Five...Picked Lebron as 6th Man

LOL

Allen is solely responsible for one of James' rings too.

Ray Allen: “With a sixth man? Michael Jordan, Magic (Johnson), Larry (Bird), Shaq (O’Neal), and Hakeem Olajuwon. Sixth man? It would be, I would say LeBron.

Allen got a chance to play against all of those players in his 17-year NBA career except Larry Bird. He started out with the Milwaukee Bucks in 1996, in the same division as Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls, so he is painfully familiar with what the GOAT can do. He was playing in the West for the Seattle SuperSonics when Shaquille O'Neal was dominating the league on the Lakers alongside Kobe Bryant.

Allen's history with LeBron is much more significant, as Allen was one of LeBron's bitter rivals during his years on the Celtics. Ultimately, Allen would join LeBron on the Miami Heat and win a title with him in 2013. He averaged 8.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 3.4 assists for his career across four teams and is the second-leading three-point shooter of all time.

Lebron is a stat padder not a winner.

His playing style is good for fantasy but not in a game where he has to share the ball with 4 other guys better than him

Bird is a better small forward. He's deadly accurate and plays a style that is similar to curry.

Lebron is only good for clogging the paint and taking the ball away from guys like shaq, wade and AD.

6th man isn't bad at all. The NBA league has had how many superstars?

Lebron was chosen over Kobe, Carmelo, Wade, KD, Paul George, Leonard, etc.

Except Lebron is great at passing and averages 7.3 assists per game LOL.

Why would Ray pick Kobe? Kobe was always one of his main competitors and gave him fits. Everyone knows Kobe>Lebron. Only kids and those 30 and under think Lebron is better because they were too young to witness the greatness in Kobe. RIP

Lebron, Harden and Westbrook are stat stuffers. They mastered how to pad stats

He was never the same after this lol

LOL at comparing Lebron to the cancers Harden & Westbrook. You lost all credibility there.

Almost every single player, not media talking heads, pick Kobe over LeBron and usually have him right behind MGoat

Idk who is better but I am glad I got to watch both play at their peaks, has been crazy to see them rip up the league.

What always makes me amazed about LeBron is his insane longevity, I don’t think we’ve ever seen anything like it.
