Who ate clean for dinner?
in honor of the McDonald's for lunch thread, who ate clean tonight?
I never enjoy clean meals more than after a hard workout. Stayed up way too late on Sunday so had to push zercher squats and marches to tonight.
So I'm having
8oz 93/7 100% grass fed ground beef
onions and mushrooms cooked with it
baked sweet potato
steamed broccoli
I dump it all in a bowl together and add 2 tbsp of olive oil to it all. I record it as 2.5tbsp cause i do use some cooking oil spray for the meat, onions, and shrooms.
I hate to cook but this one is so easy, the potato takes 45 minutes in the air fryer so i can leave the meat on low, break it up at the halfway point when the air fryer tells me to flip the potato. And the broccoli is in the microwave steamer (in b4 Cleveland steamer jokes)

What did you guys have?

Ate moderately clean because it was/is leftovers night tonight.
-Chicken breast (seasoned, not sauced)
-Broccoli and green beans (Steamed and seasoned, not sauced)
-Beef+Veggie stir fry with noodles
-Watermelon
Other than the chicken breast (~9oz, ~58P, ~3F, ~277cal) I have no idea on macros/calories because the point of tonight was to just eat up leftovers. Kind of serves as a 'cheat' meal too, since I ignore my current calorie deficit in the name of eating instead of tossing out the food.

I pretty much follow the vertical diet.
beef, chicken, turkey, tuna, white rice, vegis, eggs, whey, oats, coconut oil, bone broth
That's pretty much my entire diet.

I do like to add some olive or avocado oil though.

My super food to wake up before the alarm clock is ....Beef Broccoli with white rice, so that.
