The best way to grow calves is...
tibialis raises
they don't actually grow the calves but they give the appearance of bigger lower legs by strengthening and growing the tibialis.
incredibly beneficial for you regardless. the appearance of bigger calves is simply an added benefit

Help Doc Brown turn an old Delorean into a Time Machine. Go back in time and help your mother meet a man with better calf genetics than your dad before the "Enchantment Under the Sea" dance. Unfortunately, your mom falls for you and you end up banging her instead. Then you're born with even worse calf genetics than before.

Realised today it hits your tibia alot if you put the lowest setting on leg extensions & lift your feet up.
But yeah man the best way is to hit those bithes ruthlesly very often. Like overtraining almost. Your feet gon hurt.
I do pplr split so its 6 times calves every 8 days. 5 sets on push & pull. 9 on leg day.
On top of that jumping rope & cycling alot

Wrong.
Be obese for 30 years of your life. 19" calves and never do calve work. Just heavy squats.
