I’m Gonna Maintain 5’11 180lbs

Even though I’ve been 200lbs lean my face looks like a model at 180

If you're natty I doubt you were lean at 200 lbs, unless you have amazing genetics.

I just train hard. I wasn’t shredded but def lean (visible abs/serratus, vasculairty everywhere)
