why do people put bible verses in their social media bios and

not even put the actual quote? they will put something like James 5:49 instead of the actual verse. wtf am i expected to break out a bible and look this chit up?

That's a good question - I'm guessing os that other bible readers can open up the bible that they own and go to that quote and find a deeper meaning to it?

You were going to say that Jesus spoke aramaic and in aramaic God is pronounced like allah/illah?

My point is that there are many 'gods' out there, but the strongest of all is the God of Moses who (as prophesied) later on became flesh, Jesus Christ.

There's actually an explanation for that - like how we all come from Adam and Eve and their off-spring.

At some point God outlawed sleeping with relatives, etc - although it's still alive in arabic cultures today.

It's like how God made everybody confused at the tower of Babel by mixing the languages apart - God can do anything he just chooses not to, since you can't create a world for humans that have free-will then constantly try and control it your self... it defeats the purposes.

That's why Christianity is special, it teaches that God is very much seperate to His creation - that's why you can choose to follow Jesus or choose not to.
