Whey, Creatine, BCAA, Glutamine, Fish Oils, occasionally Sesamin and Conjugated Linoleic Acid, Carnitine, occasionally Nitrous, and Casein for night.
Any other supplement I don't consider necessary, and I think even that list might be pushing it.

For your hair a hair formula will contain biotin but as importantly collagen and collagen building stuff, saw palmetto, copper, stinging nettle, zinc etc.

Basics that everyone must take unless they are retard and know dick all:
- multi
- fish oil
- collagen
- probiotics
- vit d
- multi mineral
Other supplement are to be taken on as needed and individual requirements basis.
Notice we always must take minerals like magnesium and also vitamin d since multi vitamins never have enough of those.
Any hint of problems with joints or pain means you must add turmeric, and joint supplement. It would contain msm, glucosamine, chondroitin and other things too.
Older men should add test boosting formula.
Absolutely no melatonin or taurine.
No caffeine supplements.
Low carb people most likely should add salt and electrolytes.
All supplements are to be whole food based organic and from reputable brand. Not some cheap synthetic crap from cvs.

“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn
"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."
