Sunlight is truth
Was in a pretty dark place mentally all day yesterday and this morning. Today, sunny and warm outside for the first time in forever. Went for a 5 mile walk around a pond. Could feel the dark mood lifting as it got warmer. Plus plenty of sloots were out walking their dogs in hnng tank tops and shorts

Yea sun and nature is scientifically shown to help people live longer, better mood and sleep, and have a ton of mental and physical benefits beyond that.
Just had a week vacation hiking half of Utah and it was as if I was on steroids. From feeling burnt out, tired and annoyed with the world to after the first day of hiking I felt in a state of bliss. The sun, nature, crisp morning, and this electric feeling of energy. All I did was hike angels landing in Zion.

you need to spend at least 20- 30 mins a day WITHOUT sunscreen to get the benefits of sunlight otherwise you are just blocking them

do not wear sunglasses all the time as well, light enters your brain and body directly through your eyes, in fact your eyes are direct extensions of your brain .....
