I can tell you from the land of woo that word is time is sped up and also that time is becoming less reliably fixed and we may experience "time slippage". They say it is to do with entering the age of Aquarius and evolving from the 3rd dimension into the 5th dimension where humanity will have a more spiritual/right brained way of existing. 2023 will include our last time in Capricorn for a long time.

It's all very squishy and I'm not sure I've seen it written up anywhere in a cohesive way.
FWIW some people who espouse at least part of this narrative also consider themselves traditionally religious and tie it into the idea of a "new heaven and new earth".
You could probably do a search re: age of Aquarius, 11,000 year cycle, or transiting into the 5th dimension and find some stuff.
