Download it again OP. But there should be an option when signing in to use an alternate option that only you will have access to. This will work. especially if you ever lose your device. its there as a backup.

I've not only lost my phone before, I've also forgot to backup the authenticator app when transferring to new device so that is how I was able to get in.
