How much protein are you brahs getting nowadays?

Is 1g per pound still the consensus? I've been eating less than that for about a year or so now, and don't see much difference from before.. granted I'm "enhanced" lol. Wondering if I'd benefit from eating more or is it just a waste of money?

if I'm cutting weight then I eyeball probably at least 1g/pound a day, if I'm not cutting then I don't really track it. pretty sure that is the current evidence-based consensus anyway.
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.

.7g/lb is a good estimate. I aim for 150ish at 190 pounds.

How tf do you brahs get that much protein without breaking the bank? I feel like I spend 100 a week on food. Any super cheap and easy protein sources besides powder, bulk chicken, and greek yogurt I don't know about?

I'm not cutting so probably around .8g/lb. I up it quite a bit when on a cut... If you are eating carbs you don't need massive amounts of protein.

Get into hunting. I've shot 6 elk and 3 deer over the past 6 years. Usually end up giving a lot of it away too. I fish as well, and always have fish on hand as well - trout, salmon, and walleye.

IFFB pro....

he's also enhanced though

so what do you eat on a day to day basis? do you just pack tupperwares of chicken breasts with you to work? lots of protein shakes? 500 grams is not easy to get/prep in a day
