Why do some miscers delete thousands upon thousands of their posts?

I'm looking at the likes of anachron and large peter etc who had in excess of 50k + posts at one point, but decided to either script kiddie some mass post deletion or do it manually

I tried but couldn’t get this script working

It would automatically delete my posts when I manually opened a thread I posted in but wouldn’t open up all these threads automatically

Maybe someone can resurrect this

Would love to delete every single one of my posts tbh

Probably attention whores.

You know those instagram sloots who post tons of pictures and then delete them? Their permanent feeds are like 3 photos and a reel, yet they have 100k followers?

Same chit.

Looks like maybe the script is just calling that one particular thread in which you posted in to purge posts?
