What do you guys do when you match a girl from your gym?

And the dating app convo goes stale...

Then you see her at the gym...

Do you walk up and say 'hey it's alphametric from hinge, how's it going?'

Or just keep your head down and don't make things more awkward than it already is?

Wut do I do when I see these girls at my gym bros?

I know they go to my gym and I'm probably going to see them there at some point in the next few days.

Is it already over for me? So I should just keep my head down like an awkward little beta?

If it matters I'm 45 (look the same since I was 30) girl 1 is 29 (I was surprised I thought she was 19-24) and girl 2 is 21. I've been on a 2 month dry spell. Halp.

And yeah I might be on the spectrum or have some other mental health issues (srs) but I'm not crazy, only take caffeine/no meds/gym, and have landed a few long term serious relationships, one with kids. I just freeze up breaking ice with strangers but once the ice is broken I'm good.

Nah go up to her saying something like "you look familiar" with a big smirk as if you damn well know where you know her from. If she pretends not to recognize you then it's over but otherwise you can be playful about it. Women are so much easier to talk to in person than online that you will have way better chances. A girl who talks to you on a dating app should be all over your dick in person due to the disparity.
