Rate Smoked Ribs/10
Love me some st. louis style slow smoked, fall off the bone ribs with rich bbq flavor.
Trimmed off a bunch of fat and pulled off silver skin

Seasoned it heavily with a good, simple seasoning I had on hand

Popped it in the smoker to start cooking

This is after three hours of smoking, then slathered it with Bullseye BBQ sauce

Laid out some foil and sprinkled on some seasoning, few pats of butta, and some honey

Placed the rib rack with meat side down in the above mix

Wrapped it in the foil and popped back in the smoker for two hours

Here it is after unwrapping and letting it smoke unwrapped for another 30mins with little more sauce

Delicious, fall-off-the-bone, thick, juicy, sticky, lip smackin', finger lickin' good, sums of bishes, these came out!

I jsut do the crock pot on low for 7 hours
finish it in the air fryer to carmelize the bbq sauce.
way easier my way if you're only doing 1 rack.

looks good! If you haven't tried yet, next time use the Meat Church Holy Voodoo and glaze with a mixture of Gabricks Candy Jalapeno and Texas Rib Candy Apple Cherry Habanero.

Looks good brah. I love using my stick burner even though it’s a lot more hands-on. I don’t put the sauce on until the end and then I put it over super high heat to caramelize the sugars in the sauce.
