Is losing 3 kg in one week too aggressive?
Srs. Weighing 93 kg atm. Gonna try to get my fat arse down to 90kg by next week. The problem is I've already been cutting for the past few weeks so I'm not retaining much water at all.

I started a cut 5 weeks ago and am down 25 pounds, so not too far from 3kg per week.
If that's all you need to lose, probably not a big deal. But I'm beginning to see the negatives and backing off a bit.

You might do it as like a death cut for a fight or something. But it's not sustainable at all. Weight loss is a marathon, not a 100m sprint.

Not sure how you're gonna do that. Most I've consistently and sustainably managed to lose is 3lbs a week that's eating 2500-3000kcal and cardiomaxxing.

As long as you feel good, sleep well and don't lose mornin erections you could continue. But you're bound to run into a wall with this pace.
Just keep it monitored.

Bad idea unless you want to lose muscle.
“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn
"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Depends on how fat you are. If you're losing 10-20 pounds in 1-2 months, you are either losing a lot of muscle or are fat as fukk. Im currently cutting and a 1 pound loss in the mirror is a huge difference in body composition when you're inching near 10% bf. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Unless you're cutting for a sport or competition, with the full intention of gaining it back after, focus on eating habits and a routine you can maintain, even if it means losing weight at a slower pace. Don't be lazy or use healthy maintenance as a cop out for stalling your progress physically or nutritionally, but at the same time find a middle ground. You're a lot less likely to maintain a lower level of body fat if you get there in an extreme way.
What difference does it make if you hit your goal weight in 3 months, 6 months, or 9 months, etc. You'll still be here.
It isn't until you want to try and get down to elite levels of leanness that you need to be religious and push to extremes to meet it. With that said, most normal men will look and feel great at 15 percent or so BF. Especially if you lift, you will look better than 95 percent of people. If you can somehow get down to single digit and you're into pushing yourself for the conquest of it, then whatever - but it's not exactly necessary for someone who isn't competing at something like the Ruby Classic. Focus on eating, sleeping, and training in a way that you feel good, and the rest will come. If your progress stalls, then start to tweak things as you go.
