What if you have burried the child in your soul?

Today I walked and I remembered how i felt as a kid. I thought what if i can go back a little to these times. Just find the pure, innocent and positive energy.

And I think there was something. I immediatly started to smile. Then a blonde girl looking at me smiled. And then i knew this is good.
Everything I post is trash.

Meditation makes me feel like this daily srs. Some days more than others but you definitely feel more connected to your soul in general.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

Remember OP, you gotta pay the troll toll...
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

I feel like this too OP. It's easy to say that substances (weed/alcohol) helps to bring out the inner-kid in me, but I think it's still possible during sober moments as well.

I think a big part of eternal youth is being optimistic in general, positive and looking forward to the future, getting excited about what's to come.

It is a child's luxury to worry not about the ongoing politics, international conflicts and affairs, the economic climate, and other such things.

It is an adult's burden to acknowledge the harsh realities, and their option to choose the weight at which those burdens are being carried.

You have ruined your mind with status, consumerism. cooming etc.

Walk the buddhist path if you want to return to that energy, seriously. I went from being a money driven workaholic to a kind and light hearted lover of life.

You can still stay strong when needed, and achieve success, but the key is freeing your mind and opening your heart srs. Look into it if you wanna return to that state. I find im so open and loving of life I constantly get into random conversations with strangers and laugh all the time. Best change of my life, srs. My energy levels are just through the roof because I'm not carrying mental weight. When I do I meditate on it (even in normal every day situations, my breathe is always kept even and my mind light)
