How to gain mass in Anal Sphinctner?

Been thinking about it lately and why should we not also train our angral sphrincter to gain as much mass as possible? How is it any different from your bicept?

I was watching a chiropractor show on TLC the other day called "Crack Addicts" and the Dr. on there recommended doing a kegle but with your bee-hole instead.
