Been saving forever for a house, and could pull the trigger on one this summer, however I do know that the market is cooked and I'm not sure if when rates keep going the housing price will drop. I don't want to be underwater so I'm thinking of holding off for a year and just getting a hair transplant in Turkmenistan or w/e.

I came to terms with my hair a long time ago and it's reasonable, but it isn't ideal. I look fairly young but if I got a transplant I would age til 50 like a true Brad. Thinking about pulling the TRIG on some ELON action:






Any of y'all know much about this or look into this? I would be ok putting down like $7000 or so and just saving it over the winter to replenish my down payment fund.
