Just quit my job feels good mein
Well I did put in two weeks notice since the company have treated me very well, but now it's over.
Going to neetmax for the next yr or two. Cant wait to Peter Gibbons tmr.

Good for you work is lame when you have to force yourself to wake up for it. Always worthwhile to make the most of your time for yourself.
Any plans on what to do when done neeting? employers, no matter how desperate they are for new hires, will always interrogate you about why you weren't working for the past X number of months

Anyways, I'm going to rot for a bit, and then travel for awhile. In terms of interviews not being cocky, but I always tend to do well in interviews, and I'm a pretty introverted guy in general.

Das it mane. I don’t have the balls to do it, but I firmly believe work is the absolute worst part of life. When you’re on your death bed you won’t regret this decision. If anything you’d only regret that you didn’t work less or even quit sooner. Life is so beautiful but it’s short and we’ve been programmed to waste it.

I know someone who quit just a few weeks before their team had their first ever encounter with layoffs. If you were chosen, it would come with a month of pay without having to work, and a severance package that would've been probably 20% or so of their salary.
I'm 99% sure they were gonna be on the chop block too, lots of drama, underperforming, errors, and for some reason their team had 1 less lay off than the others.
So OP I guess the moral of this lesson is to keep working, with under performance, till your company pays you to leave.
