Never done it mostly bro splits

Got a program you recommend I would like to go 4-5 days a week

I could never do it.

After a set of heavy squats followed be military press or bent over rows I would be spent. Wouldn't have enough energy to train the rest of my body. 2 muscle groups per day was max for me.
