The ATF, and any other organization, is not an entity in itself. It consists of people who willingly signed up to be ATF agents. And you can absolutely blame those people for that.

Yup, this is absolutely ATF's fault.

ATF for years said it was legal to have a braced pistol with numerous letter rulings and then when Biden became President they decided to change their mind after over 40 million had been sold.

Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought the supreme court put a pause on this.

I can't see how they are going to succeed with this. Both the legislature and the Supreme Court appears to be against the ATF's authority on this rule.

Congress is trying to add additional guardrails for the ATF, the Democrats in Congress keep screaming "why are you defunding the police!?" And fighting against it. We have a couple RINOs we have to worry about as well, but even so, the Supreme Court will likely rule against the ATF.

The ATF is so far out there on this rule, only the extremists are ok with it.

"My pistol brace fell out of my boat..."

Keep in mind, the other reason the ATF is overreaching, is because they were tracking the purchases of the braces without the authority to do so. So they should not know who owns them in the first place. This is a pretty damn good example of why we should never register our fire arms.

5th Circuit Court of Appeals only put a stay in place for the litigants.

No nationwide stay.

Clown rules are simply for optics. Think of it this way, you could totally return/throw away/get rid of your brace, and have a completely new one the next day by cutting a hole in a tennis ball and putting it on the gas tube.

Same with extended mags - we're talking about a metal opening with a spring FFS. Anyone with an IQ above room temp can figure out a work around. So as I said, 'optics' so politicians can claim a win to their base.

The boat accident meme is stupid.
That's why you either bury them or put them in a section of the house that isn't on the blueprints so if they're discovered they were part of an illegal search and seizure since it wasn't listed in the warrant. (Super Ded fkn Srs)
