If they make you take a test at the end, even though the answers are all opinion statements you probably can't be marked as finished until you give all the opinions answers they want you to give. Wrongthink is not tolerated. You will give the doubleplus good answers or you can't leave.

Can remember having to do stuff in the civil service 20 plus years back. Nothing like this garbage, but we had to watch videos of scenarios about sexuality, race etc. Also had to do an ergonomics course on the computer to make sure we could sit in a chair & look at the screen safely. Even the bosses & the tutors laughed at it, but said they had to tick the boxes for the idiots that dream it up.

My employer has DEI garbage, but it's all voluntary; they're not keeping record of who attends. I just skip all of them but I know in the back of my mind if they try to force me to do it I will just quit, srs

That crap is a **** show, definitely. A couple months ago they had a Women in the Workplace seminar (which I never attended) and I was told they had some tranny giving a speech about the various hardships women such as himself have to experience.

Sounds trivial to quit your job over but telling them to cram it up their ass would make it all worth it in the end. There are some things you should never be a part of, and for me that's one of them

Hollywood is forcing the same thing with movies. For a film to be even considered for an Oscar ___% of the main cast, ____% of supporting cast, _____% of the crew on set, executives, and more have to be from "underrepresented groups." That's official doctrine now, and of course much of the same will apply for other awards for movies and TV shows even if not written down as official doctrine. A lot of the best films of all time never would have been made under such authoritarianism. Saving Private Ryan, Gone with the Wind, The Godfather I and II, hundreds of others. Hence blackwashing characters, making characters gay, lesbian, poor, disabled in some way that has no purpose in the story. Studios knew these mandates were happening years ago, hence the wokeism of late.
