Not Gonna Pay The Rent Tomorrow

got friday off so thinking **** it, imma gamble the rent at the casino and get ****ed up.

Owner will probably come crying omg i cant afford the mortgage payment, gonna lose my house! meanwhile i just say i dont have the money boyo and keep on living carefree. he can go get an eviction notice but the courts are held up 8-10 months still cuz of covid so i aint stressing about making payments. hell i might not even pay rent for the entire time. than he can waste more time taking me to small claims for the back rent, LMAO!!

you would have to be a retard to pay rent in 2023. They cannot touch your credit. They cannot garnish your wages. if they tell you otherwise, they are lying. period. Just live rent free for months on end until you feel like the eviction paper is coming through. Move before then.

I knew someone who didn't pay their rent. Somehow, after the second month they ended up with a shattered knee, no one knew how or why. Crazy enough, after getting out of the hospital, they could somehow pay their rent on time every time.
