Anyone on this misc have tonnes of regrets? What's a good strategy to let go?
I've been making a real effort to fix my mental state.
Upon doing some major reflection and going through some harsh trurhs I've come to realise there are so many things I regret
Blowing money gambling, not making better friends, dating toxic women, wasting time being depressed and much more
It really bothers me and I wonder where I'd be now had I adopted a better mind set 10 years ago
How to cope?

Are you happy with who you are today as a person? Cause all your regrets influenced who you are currently.
You can't go back so don't dwell on them but don't forget them either so you can do better if you are in similar situations.
Also, negged

I would suggest feeling it first. A lot of people try to skip the whole feeling part before wanting to 'let things go'.
That is counterintuitive. Sit with it, feel it. Pay attention to the feelings. They are a source of motivation if let them be. Shame, self disappointment, etc. That is where you are going to grow. Feel that chit man. Let that be a form of negative reinforcement. Yeah, you fugged up. There are things you have done which have decreased your standard of living. Feel that bitch. Let your ego hurt.
No pity parties, only self accountability.
I am 100% responsible for 100% of the problems in my life.
Now that we have taken care of it is easy....
1. Where I am? (doesn't matter how I got here, I am here)
2. Where do I want to be?
3. How do I get from where I am to where I want to be?
DO THOSE THINGS........
Don't forget about that stuff, don't just be in denial about it, like "Oh I am better than that now".
Understand it is you as a person who did those things. Understand there is a monster in you, and cage him.
