What makes a women lose her glow?

Is it gravity making her lose that cheerful naive expression or women in general start becoming miserable hags once they pass 25-30, thus losing their vibe?

Basically is it physically or mentally related?

Note: I don't expect my grandma to have the glow obviously, but 25-45 absolutely look equally depressing.

Poor diet and lack of exercise are certainly contributors.

Also another disturbing trend is that sloots are getting botox in their 20s. I mean wtf? Why the **** would you need to paralyse parts of your face when you're in that age range?

Becoming alcoholics and no exercise.

Also this goes for us men too, bois you gotta have a basic face routine. Wash and moisturize at night and sunscreen in the AM

I fkd around and now realize this is how men can stay peak. Low BF and protect yourself from the sun. Nobody gives a F about your tan once you hit 30 if you don’t have a face that looks like you ran a landscaping company for 20 years

British women get so much sh*t on here, but just look at Kate Beckinsale. Turns 50 next month. Still top tier.

They literally have a finite amount of eggs

Their hormone reproductive cycle lasts less long than males

I'm unsure how many hormones are involved in aging/ non, but I think they start producing less estrogen and oestrogen and things like their skin starts to sag, boobs droop, etc., etc.

The question you should be asking is how to avoid being shunned when you're attending your grand children's high school prom with the hope of finding a 18 year old date. There are low life who act this way, but you'll always be a low class outsider. Enjoy.

For starters:

Nanoparticles in "anti-aging" cosmetics (does the exact opposite).

Alcohol

Sun damage

Chronic nutrient deficiencies (ie not enough vitamin C).
"The reason we are being murdered with genetic altering drugs is its slow acting and it causes your body to malfunction and destroy itself so there is a "plausible deniability" factor. Unlike most poisons which leave more evidence of being the direct cause of death."

It is, but it’s getting worse with lifestyle choices.

There’s a reason you never see an obese women that looks young.

Sugar, due to glycation, that’s how the skin starts to lose its glow, bags or circles appear around the eyes, dark patches, or wrinkles on the skin,

not lifting weights, not taking supplements, not eating a healthy diet, genetics, age, emotional trauma or loss, poor lifestyle, not enough water, chemical skin and hair products, and dirty environment, all these things make a glow difference

I was at the doctor yesterday and got to chatting with everyone in the waiting room, because I'm not an awkward nerd. We all shared our age. I said I'm 41, and one of the women commented how young I looked. Two of the women were a year younger, but I'd have guessed 50. Life is hard on people. The pandy hit some people hard.

I know some 20yr old sloots that look like they’re in their 30s because they’re fat
