Be careful out there boys (we in the hospital)

Left for a 30 minute run Sunday morning.
Came back with a dislocated shoulder, after an Xray turns out there's a fracture too. 2-3 hospital stay.

Don't mix running with light parkour.
Into- Mountaineering, running & Djent/Progressive music.
Anti- Lack of accountability. Censorship, fat acceptance, & current wave feminism. That's why I left the UK.
PRs: Highest mt. - 2962m (Zugspitze), Longest day hike - 70km.

The dumbest thing is that it's just a simple forward jump. I was doing it two weeks ago, but I got careless this time.

On the right is a fountain array. Concrete (maybe granite) blocks in steps and gaps with water. I was jumping across the water gaps.

In the OP. Dislocated shoulder and a fracture. The fracture turned out to be too minor for surgery after a CT scan.
