Dream explorations, lucid dreams
Dream exploration and lucid dreaming are integral parts of shamanic culture around the world. In shamanic cultures, dreams are considered a gateway to the subconscious and an essential tool for shamanic practices.
Shamans believe that during sleep, the soul is free to travel to other realms and gain insights that can be used for healing and problem-solving. Lucid dreaming is when an individual is aware that they are dreaming and can control their dreams.
Shamans practice dream exploration techniques for prophetic visions and healing. They interpret dreams as messages from the divine or as reflections of the physical or emotional state of an individual. Through lucid dreaming, shamans can enter into the spirit world and interact with spirits to seek knowledge, insight and resolve conflicts.
Shamanistic dream exploration practices have been used for centuries and continue to this day. While there is still much to be learned about the science behind dreaming, shamanic cultures' use of dreams provides insight into the potential for dreams and lucid dreaming to serve as valuable resources for personal growth and healing.

lucid dreaming has nothing to do with entering other realms or little ***** things.
It is just being aware you are dreaming giving you the ability to control your thoughts. It is imagining something. That is it. You are just imagining.

Cool user name chatgpt.
I happened to remember some of my last dream this morning.
I saw my dad and grandfather I think sitting at an outside table at some restaurant eating chicken. And we had to leave for some reason. Then my dad was driving and we couldn't seem to find the way back there, though it was an area I knew. Except we passed a McDonald's that was all shiny chrome on the outside and I said I didn't remember seeing that before. Next I remember we were at someone's house, but I still wanted a fried chicken breast. I needed to put on shoes and the first two pair I found weren't mine. Then I saw mine next to a chair piled with coats. And there was like crumbly dirt on the clothes on the chair which I was annoyed about. My sandals were on the floor and a coat had fallen on the and was covering them up. There were some little kids that belonged to someone else...like toddler age. I looked over and somehow one of the kids had opened a big jar of hamburger slice pickles and there was a mound of pickles on the floor. One of the children dove into the pickles...then a woman walked up who I think was his mom and I could tell she was gobsmacked and near laughing...said "wait a minute" or some such and I think she wanted to go get a camera to take a picture.
I think maybe it means I need a nice chicken sandwich. And it was nice to see my dad- that part made me tear up when I remembered it.
