Anyone here into cycling? (real cycling, no creatine)

I bought a road bike a week ago and I really like it but my leg endurance is **** especially on hills or in windy conditions.

How do I get better brahs?

I love riding a bike but cant stand doing it outside.

I live by the beach so its constantly windy.

Plus I live in san diego which is like the hit and run capital of the world so eventually, its almost a given someone will run you down and leave you for dead.

I like to ride indoors by hooking my bike to a trainer. I watch videos of people walking around or of guys riding up alps and such for a better workout. You just change gears to sort of match the difficulty level you see on tv.

Sort of a hillbilly peleton I guess.

This was a cheap solution for me to workout and you can use it year round. Paid less than $100 for the trainer in amazon. They are all price ranges.

You're in Canada, there's some good MOUNTAIN BIKING up there.

Mountain biking is a way more sundry style of biking; technical climbing hills, technical descending, jumps, safer offroad areas with no cars, harder workout, etc etc.

I also sometimes prefer my mountain bike for around town because the big tires make it easier to ride on sidewalks, over curbs, off the shoulder of the road on dirt, etc

cliffs: try a mountain bike.

I love my spin bike, used to run a lot but joints are blown out; spin bike and watch some YouTube, low intensity cardio is a breeze. Get better by doing it more?
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
