Throw away the weed and cigarettes, get a job, any legitimate job, and look into some sort of trade school, as it doesn't seem like he has the aptitude for a STEM college degree.

Just because someone is perceived to not be that bright doesn't mean instead they have the genetic propensity to become a tradie. It is not a black and white thing that you are either book or hands smart if you will. I really dislike that "just get a trade" blanket advice that is thrown around.

That is a good point as there are many people who would be chit at STEM and a chit tradie, but who still has huge potential.

Conor Macgregor comes to mind. Not the brains to do STEM, but at the same time he rejected his tradie (plumber apprentice) life for a dream of making it in the UFC.

And he did.

He just wishes there was a framework to follow which would let him follow his dreams, so i asked him what is his dream?

he wants to do porn and be a porn star as big as Lexington Steel. he wants everyone to know his name.

He is willing to try, but lies in his bed all day fapping and then going around to his friends house and smoke weeds and plays playstation.

he knows there is a life out there, but he doesn't know how to get it.

he cant even clean his bedroom.

Step 1) start a legit business (I.e. not drugs). literally could just be selling chit on the street for double what he paid for it at the store. House cleaning, landscaping, walking dogs, whatever. Grind and grow the business until you can scale it up or move on to starting a bigger business.

Step 2) get healthy. Having control of your economic situation will make it a lot easier to give up drugs/drinking and being sedentary. You'll be happier and want to exercise, let go of negative relationships, treat yourself better in general

Step 3) seek a mate for marriage and kids. Good sloots are out there and if you find one who you know will be a good mom and partner then you'd better knock her up. Do not go through life childless.

Step 4) you made it. Now fist yourself.
