Nice looks amazing.

Not sure the Spam hate, it’s just like scrapple or breakfast sausage or pork roll. Just a breakfast meat and it’s great when you brown it up in a pan and get a good crust on the outside. Tastes great!

Mirin' hard, spam is delicious; probably make some steak later myself, got 2 in the fridge but have a dentist app soon so after that.

Hard for me to make steak inside with my current kitchen setup. I like to sear the edges, but my fan isn't powerful enough and smokes the place up. Changing that up soon tho to start venting outside with more CFM

The American GI’s brought it over to Hawaii and Korea and Phillipines and other areas and the native population incorporated it into their own cuisines. It’s a non Perishable meat item which tastes good and has protein, what’s not to like?

Bagel isn't frozen, bought it from the dry bread aisle.
Eggs are marbled - I crack them in the skillet and whip them around with a rubber utensil. Not intended to fully scramble them.
If I were to use a sauce, it would be a little mayo with sriracha. Salt from the spam is already enough flavor imo
