Not sure if srs, you legit have to try extremely hard to get that macro ratio on those calories. You eating grilled chicken and vegetables for every meal?

Just eat more normal meals while hitting that protein goal and you will have no problem increasing your calories. Sandwiches, starches, dairy, oils/butter, etc. will bump that calorie total up real quick and probably improve the quality of the meals as well.

OP, serious question. Are you an idiot or an autist? It has to be one of the two.

Brb "lol guys come on I don't know what foods are calorie dense lol like can you give me some suggestions please lol haha"
or
Brb "Gonna post what I've eaten so far today in an attempt at 'showing off' how dedicated I am to a high protein diet omg I'm so impressive omg omg everyone will be jealous of my dedication it's so thick and veiny unlike my cawk"

Eat a big peanut butter sandwich before bed. I mean really glob it on there. Do it right before bed so that your delicate little girl stomach doesn't have to put up with being just oh-so-full during the day.

2 quick fixes.

1) Throw 100g of granola into your greek yogurt. Even better if its a nice flavored one. No one can say they enjoy the flavor of greek yogurt, so the more diluted it is, the better.

2) If that is one cup of cooked jasmine rice in your dinner, you need to up that to 1 cup uncooked. If your cals are that low, I'm assuming thats cooked rice.

These two fixes alone should add 6-800 calories.

Not a big eater so I'm fine with not stuffing my face, but need some more options to increase cals
I plugged all this into myfitnesspal and got 1655 calories (assuming a moderate amount of oil/butter used for cooking breakfast and dinner)

but it's only ~160g protein for me. 6 oz of chicken thighs is not even close to 46g protein. It's more like 30. I also couldn't find any cottage cheese that high in protein but I imagine you're using the actual label. Best I found was about 24g.

Where you finding chicken thighs that are over 30g protein per 4 oz serving? They're usually like 18-20g.

Anyway just drop one of the protein shakes and eat another meal, or add some bread or high calorie fruits like bananas to your breakfast and lunch. Eat a couple tbsp of peanut butter. You'll be >2000 calories easy at the same protein.

eat steak and eggs all day. If low on energy, eat more.

it's not rocket science. Keep insulin down, body literaly has no choice but to burn fat cuz it CAN'T get to it's own glucose stores.

if u get bored, carb cycle now and then. It's 101 **** peopel have knopwn for decades. Or just do chicken breast and brown rice like most bbers.

Either add more of what you're already eating....larger portions....or throw in a protein shake, some peanut butter, a quest bar, butter or cream in your morning coffee........the easy part is increasing your caloric intake.

At my best feeling, strongest, leanest, peak of physical for me....I was only eating 2200 cals/day doing 2 meals/day, getting 300g of protein, 100g of fat and the rest...like 25g carbs. Refeed day every 4-5 days keeping cals around 2500 but going real high on Carbs, rinse repeat. Was 6'6 240, 11%bf....with a sit at a desk all day job. Did that for like 8 months to get down from 277 like 23% bf
