I don't care enough to look it up but whoever invented narcan legit is playing God.... I've seen so many damn near dead, like no amount of CPR or EAD shocks will do anything, but on the 6th hit or narcan they suddenly come back from the brink. Always funny when they get mad at us for taking their high, and we're like "Motherfcker you were dead, we saved your ass!"

I saw some youtube video the idiots here combine ******** with horse tranquilizer.... If you just do the horse tranquilizer, the hangover is brutal, but if you combine some ******** in the syringe, you feel OK....

It's just a cheaper version of heroin, basically.

******** you mean? That chit's actually pretty popular in Europe and especially the Netherlands. I know plenty of people who have done that or do it regularly. Apparently it can be pretty brutal and if you take too much you end up in something that's called a K hole.

I've tried plenty of things once or twice but I would never even consider something like heroine or ********. When I was in my teen years there was this Dutch tv program that was popular with people my age. It was about sex and drugs and the drugs part had one dude on the show who would try out a different drug and record the live experience and then it'd get seriously talked about and they'd educate people about it. Heroine was the only drug he refused to take on the show because that was too much even for someone like him. Would probably be seen as a libtard thing by most yankeebrahs but I liked the show and thought it was good.

They will come to the ER so far gone they have do be intubated and sent to the ICU on a narcan drip...leave AMA the next day and show right back up in the ER the following evening for round two. They only stop for a while when the drug dealers run dry...and if the people in power actually cared they would focus on securing the border to stop the shipments.

So nice to see the War on Drugs has been so effective. NARCAN isn't cheap either. At least not the ones in hospitals or emergency responders carry. Shts like 1-2K a pop.

The U.S. is still only called or considered a first world country because of A - it's military, B - out of respect for WW2. The reality is that it's no better than the Barrio's in Brazil at this point. The only difference is instead of shacks we have tents/homes. The rest is about all the fooking same. Coming from the mainland U.S. and going to a 3rd world country at this point would feel like a trip to Hawaii.

Withdrawals are hell, guys go fckin' insane when they go through it, some of the worst people to deal with; depending on the drug some will legit go kill crazy from things like meth or heroine. Anything to get it to stop.

The free needles and syringes are to prevent them from reusing and sharing needles and spreading disease (HIV). These are people in which there is no amount of jail time or fines that will stop them from using drugs. The addiction is just that strong. It eventually come back to tax paying law abiding citizens because even if you have no means to pay for Healthcare, hospitals are not allowed to turn someone away if they come into the ER in need of their $1000/month HIV meds.

You do have a point about just letting them die as oppose to administering free narcan. I'm not sure if the cost is the same today, but back in 2016 when I worked in a trauma ER narcan was about $50 for the Hospira brand 5ml vials, and that is the cost the hospital paid. It's marked up significantly more for the patient. Often when we had overdosed patients come in to the ER and we used narcan to save them, they would get angry and combative with the doctors and nurses because they "killed their high." One ratchet lady even threatened to sue the hospital because by neutralizing the drugs in her system she therefore "wasted" the $100 on the drugs that made her high.

Obviously the next step is to drain the machine for free and sell the stuff to addicts.

Perhaps trade them for product the already have, sell that product to other addicts and keep a perpetual cycle going with zero investment other than time.

the leading cause of death for people below 50 is overdose... not AIDS.

enabling drug use by providing needles/syringes, then believing you're somehow helping is so fuking stupid I can't even imagine it....

If by helping, they mean speeding up route toward death, then I agree.... And kinda support their movement LOL. But if you help them along to OD faster, stop doing the narcan thing FFS.
