lentils are more satisfyingly than most cuts of meats
pressure cooking them destroys almost 100% of the lectins and other antinutrients, makes them extremely easy to digest. mogger food full of folate which a lot people are deficient in, it's why governments around the world made it law to put folate in white flower.
make sure they are organic
no vegan. you should still eat heaps of meat

Legumes are the schit. So nutrient dense. They also help create the smoothest caca experience you can imagine. They loosen up the bunghole like prisonbrah tried to do to that one dude in the clink. Steak is also the schit. Having said that, both are staples of my diet and of a healthy diet overall. I aim for one legume meal and one meat meal a day.
Fav way to cook lentils?
Also: Legumes > processed wheat

I love legumes, lentils esp. I just find that they increase my hunger levels, which is the opposite of what they are supposed to do given the fiber and protein in them? Its a weird sort of hunger that follows, where I find I am craving something but dont know what.
I have looked into it, and the information is conflicting. The carnivore types are saying these things are full of lectins, which combined with all the fiber basically remove the bodies ability to extract the nutrition from it anyway, and they cause inflammation. The vegan types are saying that they are great for the gut, good for protein and fiber along with all other sorts of nutrients so better than meat.
Not sure what the deal is with them, cant determine if they are suited to me or not as a result.

Like I say though, cant tell if its the actual beans that are the issue or if I am just not adjusting calories properly given that they are higher in protein and fiber.

Isreali cous cous and quinoa
Low mein and vermicelli

Lentils are cool. I like pinto beans though. Family has fields in the motherland of Mexico and sends over 50kg sacks of them so it lasts all year basically. I imagine getting your hands on fresh lentils tastes much better than the store stuff. Same like canned beans are disgusting.
The only red meat I eat is rib eye and filet mignon though, and no way some round vegetables are gonna taste better than that. Also tear through about 20 eggs a week.
