Currently filing a harassment injunction against my neighbor, left a note on my door

My next door neighbor has serious mental problems to the point where they don't work. I believe a case of downs and some other crap. They're a wreck and a disturbance to this entire community.
But the cops haven't been able to do anything. I've filed complaints with my landlord. I'm being harassed by her all the time, music or not. She slams the door, provokes me when I'm outside grilling, and even provoked me a couple weeks ago when I was upstairs at my neighbors. They're mentally deranged. So yea I'm in the process of filing for a restraining order, whatever it can do being next door.

All i can make out is "lOuD NoIsE"
I have a video of her playing her loud radio bullchit. I play at a modest volume. It's not overly loud. That doesn't compare to her shaking the building slamming the door. But of course she's retarded so they don't grasp that.
What do I do with the note?

Howtf does she get away with slamming doors? Landlords are usually on top of that since I think you can file a complaint or something. Depending on the state, with tenant rights or something...

No fukin idea. I don't understand why I'm always the only one that has to do something about it. I submitted a formal, written complaint along with police reports to my landlord. Nothing.

yea i grabbed another phone I have so I could have longer recording material. (2 phones) I had the fukin thing right here and wherever I was walking. everytime she outbursted I couldn't get a video quick enough. I missed the best opportunity on Memorial day weekend where she went on an absolute tantrum. I couldn't record much.
I regret not getting some kind of doorbell camera even though I looked into something like that not long ago. i dont remember why i didn't they weren't expensive. fml

Personally since what you have done hasn't worked, I'd play it the other way. Knock on her door and apologize for the loud music, tell her you'll make an effort to stop, if she stops slamming doors, her music, etc. Then just get a nice pair of bluetooth headphones and don't worry about it until she causes another scene...then do what others are saying, record everything, etc.

Some people it's just better to compromise, then to tit for tat, especially when it effects home life.
