For a gym session? Water with some flavor to drink more.

When I'm actually riding outside in 110F degrees in the desert for 3 hours?

Contains BCAA, Vitamin B, Potassium, and real salt/sodium. Without sodium, you can drink tons of water and still get debilitating cramping in large muscles.

FYI: The stuff above taste like flavored SALT. It's unsweetened. I usually add those 0-calorie water flavor squirts to sweeten it up.

Endurance runners sometimes drink straight up pickle juice. It works, done it multiple times in a pinch.

The Mexican brand called Electrolit its the best one, it has magnesium they sell it at walmart in various flavors I like the Coconut and Fruit punch.

If I need a broader spectrum I may drink an original v8

Literally no reason you need electrolytes for a gym session. any of the tables will work fine if you insist but mainly will get it all through diet srs.

When I’m doing long distance training (Ironman or half Ironman tri) I’ll focus on my daily hydration using Nuun and take Gatorade endurance on long rides. Unless I’m doing a 1.5hr+ run or 2hr+ rides I don’t see the need to really focus on electeolytes before, let alone a gym session. This is coming from someone who is an extremely salty sweater too (I’ll take over 1200mg sodium per hour during races). It’s a lot of hype and waste of money srs

Its from a Mexican Pharmaceutical company.

Its hands down the only one to drink, I never get groggy or tired like I do with Gatorade

Also avoid any that are ZERO sugars, artificial sweetners are bad long term.

Electrolit has sugar but not much compared to gatorade and powerade plus you dont get htat weird crash feeling you do when drinking those other ones.
