Don't always bet on Bloat

Im getting more compliments at 175lbs 12%bf than i was at 225lbs 22+bf even tho i was buff bloated af.
People asking what gym i go to. if i worked out alot ect. while my arms are like 15s 14.5s (16.5 bloated)
seem like muscles look better even if they are smaller when you're lean
