Do I have lowest resting heartrate on the misc?

Think I do.

Full year stats. Some nights I've gotten as low as 36. I let myself go since end of April tho...

Below 50 is considered a problem. Generally a sign of heart failure. Maybe see a dr.

Damn bro. I think you do.

My RHR sit around 60bpm most nights. It was about 57 before I caught Covid in September, then it spiked to the 70s for a couple weeks and never dipped back into the 50s since. Not a vaxcel.

Aren’t EKG’s kinda useless in that they only provide a 2 minute snapshot of your heart health? Many years ago in my early 20s I had some chest pains and sought out a cardiologist. They made me get an echocardiogram and wear a holter monitor for 24 hours because the while the EKG was normal, it couldn’t rule anything out. Thankfully further testing did not show abnormalities (chest pains were stress related) but ever since then I’ve thought EKGs are a bunch of bullchit, basically a scam. I mean they even build them into Apple Watches now.

Typically 57-61 for me sleeping at night.

My daytime awake RHR isn't much higher though. Sitting here Miscing and it's chilling at 62-64.

Curious if ya'll see similar (small) differences between your night-sleeping RHR and your day-awake RHR, or if you guys with real low (<55) night-sleeping RHRs see more dramatic increases when you're awake during the day.

Id say good cardio shape. Lots of very long distance type stuff. I'm not super fast.

40 and under during sleep, usually 45-55 at an office desk, 70-80ish walking around/running errands.

These chits can be wildly innacurate. Band can't be too loose or too tight and has to stay on a specific spot on the wrist. You should be able to place two fingers between your watch and wrist. Also, the underside of the watch has to be clean, otherwise it won't measure accurately.

Having a resting heart rate below 60 isn't necessarily bad but normally you should be between 60-100. During sleep, it's pretty normal to fall below 50.
