Completely agree. It gives the feeling of productivity with minimal actual productivity.

In genral it would be better to clear that mental space for thinking.
My ALT is elevated. 75.

There's a lot of value in listening to an expert in their field speak for 3 hours. There are thousands of podcasts, and many are like reading a book.
