Anyone here have Autoimmune issues?

Had EBV & Shingles & now CFS..

Every time I try to lift weights, the muscles collapse instead of a pump. Can anyone relate here? I feel like I need to go to the ER at some stages.

you need to see an alternative health doctor, you post every week about some new thing you've got. there's some kind of missing link in your life that needs addressed and you aren't finding it.

people have given you a bunch of ideas / starting places.

I don't think it's useful to think you "have" some condition / diagnosis. what you have is a situation causing things to not function right. fix the situation.

i'd also put some serious thought / work into the mental side of things. meditation is probably a good starting place.
My ALT is elevated. 75.
