What's the best breakfast?

Tried the IF thing and eventually I end up hitting Taco Bell a few weeks in lol. Trying to figure out something somewhat healthy, quick/easy every morning sort of thing to hold me over till I get off work. Hate oatmeal. Thinking omelette w/veggies. Almost tempted to make a big ass thing of chili to last a week and thow a fried egg over bowl every morning.

I like eating burritos for breakfast. Some rice, eggs and whatever meat you want. Steak, chicken or bacon is good.

Low carb tortilla, Chorizo, scrambled eggs, pico de gallo.

Used to be a coffee and go guy honestly. I'm on the road so the logistics of bringing lunch doesn't work out a lot of the time. I figure eating breakfast would be an easy way to stop hitting up fast food places later.

If you're not too concerned about calories, but want something very proteinacious, you really can't beat an old fashioned English breakfast, IMO.

That is bacon and eggs, mushrooms, baked beans, grilled tomato, sausages, a hash brown, side of mashed avocado, and some Halloumi (makes it less English but effing good).
Back off, Warchild.

Seriously.

It just depends on what you have going on and what your goals are. Having a breakfast that is high in fat and protein is more satiating IMO, while some protein and a bunch of carbs could be the way to go if you are going out and doing a lot of physical work.

If you just want to stop eating fast food crap and are hungry earlier than you would like then Greek yogurt or boiled eggs could work for you. Working at the nursery I would have coffee before leaving the house and sometimes took a Greek yogurt along to eat late morning before the store got busy then I often would not take a lunch break until mid to late afternoon.
