Does this suit make me look like a British chap?

I bought this suit and after trying it on it looks weird. I couldn't find the stylish thread or else I'd post it there. It almost looks like the buttons are cut too high.

Looks like its tight on the shoulders, which gives the impression the buttons are high.

am i the only brah who thinks visible sleeves look worse even tho it's correct

Fit doesn't look right. I'd take it back and get a size larger jacket and have it tailored as needed.
