Chic fil a has a very flavorful seasoning for their chicken and their waffle fries are great too. It's just kind of expensive, the sandwiches are skimpy and "simple" (compared to a Popeyes chicken sandwich) and they're not open on Sundays.

Raising canes is odd. Their fries are garbage l (basically the krinkle cut you buy in the frozen food aisle of a grocery store) and the tenders are often dry and plain. Their chicken sandwich is a joke. It's just the chicken tenders between two buns, not a chicken patty like chic fil a. HOWEVER, despite all of those negatives it's all offset by their Canes sauce. It makes everything 10/10 on their menu. Oh, they also offer a side of coleslaw, but always substitute it for the buttered Texas toast. It's amazing.

In fact it's best to go there for a meal but ask for extra sauce so you'll have more left over for anything else you may want to experiment dipping it in.

I like both. Chic has more options.


IMO Canes needs to do three things to be the GOAT.

1. Offer a healthier option. Maybe a blackened chicken tender that's not battered.
2. Offer a 'cajun' seasoned chicken. (It is a Louisiana place after all).
3. Change the fries to something smaller. Maybe also offer a cajun season fry option.

Raising Cane is garbage. They just have good tenders, the rest of their food is school cafeteria quality. (Super Ded fkn Srs)
