Christian brahs, am I the only one that does this?

I think my cardiovascular health is at its end due to frequent pains in kidneys, liver, high BP, cholesterol, etc and now I'm going to try to get right with God and give up many things, go to church more, repent, etc.

This was the plan all along and it feels phony. Sin relentlessly and shamelessly day in and day out when you're young, become a monk towards the end of your life. Anyone relate?

No, because when you are born again, you cannot live both by the world's standards and God's. You will be in constant battle and convicted of your sinful life. If you aren't, I'd question if you are truly born again.

Everytime I willfully sin I get caught, life starts to spiral, things seem to just "go to hell", and not until I repent does life turn. God wants to bless you every single day, He wants to be involved in every part of your life. When we live a life in sin, we close that relationship off, and instead of having a blessed life now, we become bound by our sin and curse ourselves.

Good that you made a decision to turn your life around though bro. Stay strong. Things are going to get crazy. srs

Gonna keep the religion debate to a minimum but Jesus died on the cross for our sins. It's more like be grateful, lest you perish.
