What do you typically wear to the gym to lift in?

For upper body I'll do something sleeveless with long pants(freeballing too), for legs I'll do shorts with a long sleeve shirt.
Only outfits that really make me cringe are usually an oversized t-shirt with short shorts, you look like you just got pounded anally after a party last night, and decided to use daddy's shirt to workout in.

Shorts above the knee by a few inches and a tank top/athletic T shirt. Soemtimes something funny like a picture of a squirrel or a fish. It lets people know that under all this chiseled marble and bulging veins is a funny guy who like animals.

t-shirts make 0 sense to me, I stopped wearing them because I'd end up have deodorant stains, and you can't see the striations/veins in your shoulders

I have two shirts that I have benched and squatted in 2x/week for 5-6 years now. The pits come out of the wash hard with salt stains and the upper back has chalk stains that wont wash out. Just for lifting, feel weird if I stop by the gas station on my way from the gym wearing it. I do indeed wish i could see shoulder striations when holding the bar squatting, but that center nurling will take skin home with it if a shirt isnt there.

Pretty sure the armpits, gooch, ears are among the biggest factors of releasing heat.

Leggings and tank. If it's freezing I'll start out with a sweat jacket but that usually comes off after I've warmed up. It bothers me to have anything on my arms when I'm lifting.

It depends on my mood. I always first post my clothes on Instagram!! It’s very important to do that then I ask my followers what should I wear to the gym today? Always use a heart emoji to let people know you care. That’s what influences my decision.

Lold at men caring about what they wear to the gym. Shirt and shorts if it’s warm or shirt and joggers/sweats if it’s cold.

My lifting intensity is an 8-9 on most days with short rest periods, so i sweat a lot!
for this reason i wear the moisture wicking "air flow" workout shirts/shorts from the big names because it truly makes a difference to me personally.

there is a fella in our gym, who always wear dress pants, dress shirt and polished black leather shoes. I see him in our gym since 2014, always dressed up like he just stepped from office cubicle or something.

There's this one sloot that wears oversized baggy shirts and booty shorts, so it looks like she's naked waist down

Guy will go to the gym and grab the dirtiest old clothes they have knowing its just going to get dirtier.

Women go to the gym and need an entire new wardrobe they can dare get dirty or sweaty in.
"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda
