New Arnold Netflix Documentary

If Episode 1 showing muscled up men oiling each other up for competition doesn't interest you, you're probably gay and need your test levels checked.

Enjoying it so far. Its a bit of revisionist history, but that reminder of what it means to be a man, have a vision for your success and go after it... that's what its all about mayne.

Watched the first episode a few nights ago, it was alright and kinda just reminded me of a drawn out modern Pumping Iron

I watched it, I like when it showed his younger self at the gym in Graz pumping out twenty sets for each body part. I tried that last night with biceps using a pair of 40 pound dumbbells but only did ten sets, but I got a pump better than any I’ve had in recent memory.

I tried going to failure like Arnold did, something I don’t usually do.
Exercise will get you through times of ill health better than no exercise will get you through times of good health.

I watched it yesterday. It was pretty good but at the end of the day, everything Arnold says is basically bullshyt, lies and manipulation. I’m saying this as someone who saw him as a hero during my childhood. This show was made to help him redeem himself for “screw your freedom”. They want to strengthen his brand. Nonetheless there was some good motivational stuff in there.

It was pretty good. Kind of a reminder of how alpha he was. Everything the guy touched turned to gold. Against all odds

The one true thing he said was towards the end. That he was never self made. He had a lot of help every step of the way.
