Girlfriend has bulimia
She’s had severe bulimia in the past and the last few years hasn’t been able to make progress. She’s diagnosed OCD and is on a massive amount of anti- anxiety meds
We’ve been working on it with a couples counselor but with limited progress, and the whole thing turns me off from having kids with her. It’s sad af to be honest
I was really careful not to cheat for the last 5 years but I got worn down recently and started drilling a girl 10 years younger
Not sure how to break it to her. Worried letting her down because of her eating disorder will be devastating

I'd take her to an expert for bulimia and other ailments, not just a couples' counselor. You two would obviously need separate therapy as well, for the relationship. If you plan to stay with this girl stop fuking the other woman and wait until you progress a bit with therapy first.
of course all this assumes you still want to be with the woman, which tbh it sounds like you don't.

Omg this is too much…
Bulimia
OCD
Anxiety
I don’t think she’d survive pregnancy or child birth with all those issues.
And your relationship is ****ed regardless, you cheated—it’s done. Just rip off the bandaid

I’ve had bulimia in the past but overcame it with therapy a year ago and I also take anti-anxiety meds.
Is she seeking professional help?
If so, if she’s constantly relapsing, she may need residential care to get out of the habit.
Bulimia is so bad for your body and you feel like chit afterwards. It caused me to gain weight so it didn’t do what I wanted it to. I don’t think I was good at getting all of the food up.
I have friends with bulimia who have lost their teeth and cannot work. It’s bad.

If you wanted to fuk other tail just break up with you gf. It's literally that simple.
If you're not going to marry her and don't want kids with her, you being with her is 100% your loss on life. This is her problem, not yours. You're not married. As a man you can only do so much to help and if after years she doesn't get better or continues this behavior, that's on her. You don't need to suffer needlessly as well. It doesn't make you a bad person for leaving.

She’s had significant professional care for years, and still sees two different therapists. I suspect at one time she was inpatient at a clinic, but she won’t open up to me about it much at all. The subject is very sensitive and she often says “I’ve done my work” but she’s nowhere near my activity level

Why do you keep delaying the inevitable break-up OP?

It's a deadly disease and like you said, it destroyed her body. The worst thing you could do is cheat on her as that would destroy her even more mentally. Of course breaking up with her could also destroy her mentally. You're in a tough boat.

If you every start dating a chick and you notice her front teeth are a little "see-through" the enamel is worn off from her puking herself throughout her life.

If you're not married get the heck out. And that's coming from a therapist. You can't build a life with someone damaged that badly, and if she's not in active recovery then it's a long road ahead for her. You can feel bad and maybe you love her, but she has something that will affect you and your family badly so there's no future.
You can't change the situation, but you can change having to deal with it. And don't feel responsible, just be honest and let her know you're taking care of yourself. Her actions after that are her own business, and you have no responsibility for it.

I knew someone with bulimia, and I gave her some advice your girlfriend might find useful. Cut down the purging days to twice a week, if she’s doing it every day. Do that for a period of time, then try to quit completely.
Exercise will get you through times of ill health better than no exercise will get you through times of good health.
