Dunno why, but that's it.

And it seems true enough if you take it to mean that the memories and thoughts you have of someone, their energy, can be with you always.

I've been trying out a mantra for a few days at bedtime. Generally feels stupid to me- just talking to yourself. OTOH programming is a thing.
