I’m debt free misc!

I was about $4,200 in credit card debt and I paid it all off within the last month. Last payment was today.

I could’ve paid it off at any time in the last couple years with the money I have in the stock market. But I didn’t use that because I’m retarded and would rather have debt than see my stock account shrink. I cringe thinking about how much I spent on interest payments in the last couple years.

So I paid it all off in the last month putting money from every other paycheck or so. And I still have ~5k in the bank. With a $6k check coming in a couple weeks.

Feels good brahs, reps till I’m out!

I made probably about $8k in payments in 2023. Because I was using the card the whole time and paying it off halfway then building it back up.

And geeeez brah, that’s a lot. What’s your plan?

I don’t get it. You make $6k a month and only have $5k in the bank and took a year to pay off $4200 in debt? Something isn’t adding up. How much is your expense? You invest the entire remaining amount? Hooker addiction?

About 8 cards on like 20% apr. I net about 7k/month so it’s not like I can’t pay some of the debt off and save a little at the same time. My poisoned mind just won’t let me with my sports betting addiction.

I'm kinda apalled at the sheer lack of financial discipline of some of you miscers. One of the biggest stressors in life is being in constant debt.
Well yeah i probably could and should but my poisoned mind won’t let me ded fkn srs. Sometimes i wish i had no hobbies and acted rationally.

Why do you fukers keep saying a year, I literally said “within a month” in the first sentence, lol. I was making payments all year but just got aggressive and paid off $4,200 in the last month.

And I just started making good money a few months ago, lol. Was making $18/hr before that.
