I dont get anything done on my off day when i youtube, misc, internet all day

I think I have to make a rule to not allow myself misc, youtube, videogames and all distractions on the internet before 4 pm or i get nothing done.

srs I just browse the web all day. its very relaxing but this cant be the rest of my life.

Think i will make a rule no internet distraction until 4 pm like a child but it seems like i cant control myself otherwise.
Everything I post is trash.

I just fapped and finally got out of bed to brush my teeth and shower. Just popped a var and hitting shoulders in a few. (Ded fkn Srs)
